What You Need To Know Before You Travel
The following countries are Visa Exempt therefore If your nationality is one of the list, you don’t need to apply for a Visa for entering in Uganda:

Visitors should register as a “tourist” and request for a 3-month visitor visa. Once a 3-month visa has been approved you will have 90 days from the time of visa approval to enter the country or forfeit the visa and payment.
Please be sure that this time period fits into your travel plans to Uganda. You are required to upload clear copies of your current passport, yellow fever certificate and a passport photo in a small low resolution format.

Please ensure your passport has a minimum of at least two full clear pages for visas and stamps and be valid for more than 6 months from the date of entry into Uganda.
A Yellow Fever inoculation executed at least 10 days prior to arrival is required for entry into Uganda.
Tetanus and Cholera inoculations are recommended but not compulsory and a Hepatitis inoculation is at the discretion of visitors.
Many areas of Uganda are prone to malaria and thus prophylactics are highly recommended. Please consult your pharmacist/doctor for the most suitable option for you.
